We make hard, formed leather pouches in a range of sizes and shapes. This pouch is what we call our shield shape. All of our hard pouches are assembeled with leather lacing. The pouch shown was assembeled with rawhide lacing, and has an antler tip used as a peg to fasten it shut.
We have had some difficulty in finding quality rawhide lace for assembling pouches. However, we now have softer white leather lace. While not as incredibly touch as the rawhide, it does look very nice, and does not increase the cost of the pouch, as the rawhide does. Basic shield pouches are $27.50. A shield pouch with an antler peg and white leather lace would be $32.50. A shield pouch with both antler and rawhide lace (if available) wolud be $37.50.
This style of pouch is about 5" wide, 6½" tall and 1½" thick.
